Mr. Himel is a real artist, not only in music but with the students as well. He motivates growth and confidence in the students. My kiddo has progressed QUICKLY from a non-playing flutist to preparing for a degree in music. This was in only four years. I appreciate the way he challenges them to grow. The real artist appears as he works with kiddos to perform as a group and in solo events.
